The patient won the claim from the clinic: beaten, crushed the phone

As it became known “MK”, the incident, which has already been decided, occurred in October last year. The lady came to the clinic on Vorontsovskaya Street and asked the registrar for containers for tests. She answered her rudely, a conflict ensued, during which the visitor took out a mobile phone and began to shoot the medical worker on video. Then the registrar became furious, grabbed the gadget, crushed the screen and injured the woman’s hand – she was diagnosed with a bruise of the thumb.

The victim appealed to the Tagansky court. She demanded moral compensation in the amount of 100 thousand rubles, compensation for the cost of orthosis (532 rubles), MRI (3,420 rubles), travel to the hospital (800 rubles), and compensation for lost earnings due to sick leave (29786 rubles 66 kopecks). The court recognized that the conduct of the registrar was inadmissible, but the list of claims was significantly reduced. The woman could not prove that MRI had to be done necessarily for money, and the registration of a sick leave is associated with a conflict in the clinic. The cost of repairing the phone was 6000 rubles, this money will be returned to the plaintiff. She will also be paid the cost of orthosis and compensate for moral damage in the amount of 25 thousand rubles.

Shortly thereafter, she filed two more consumer protection lawsuits against two clinics in eastern Moscow.
