The Department of Rospotrebnadzor in Dagestan during an unscheduled inspection revealed violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements in the cafe “Tochka” in Makhachkala, the Agency reports.
In the institution, located on M. Yaragsky Street, 108, specialists recorded a complex of violations: loading and unloading of products is carried out from the yard of an apartment building, production control is not organized, there is not enough washing equipment and production tables.
In addition, in the area of cooking cold dishes, a bactericidal plant is not installed, medical records of employees are not presented, separate processing and storage of cutting equipment is not provided.
The cafe's activities are suspended. The case materials were sent to the city court for the final decision on the administrative suspension of the facility.
