Ryazan region registered a new regional gastrobrand

Zaokskoy formation cottage cheese became a new regional gastrobrand of the Ryazan region. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of economic development.

The Ministry explained that this cottage cheese is made only from higher grade milk with the use of elevated fermentation temperature, which is not typical for the traditional technology of cottage cheese production.

Zaokskoy formation cottage cheese has repeatedly become a prize-winner and winner of international and all-Russian exhibitions and competitions of food quality.

It became the fifth regional brand registered in 2026.
