The appeal was received on September 18, 2026. The patient intended to use the service of cleaning one tooth in the clinic on Proletarskaya Street, 114, but could not get it.
At the same time, the price list published on the official website of the institution indicates the cost of removing supragingival and subgingival dental deposits in the area of one tooth by the Air Flow method - 270 rubles. Ultrasonic removal of deposits in the area of one tooth costs 205 rubles.
Rospotrebnadzor drew attention to the fact that in the price list the cost of services is indicated for processing one tooth, and not only for comprehensive cleaning. In the warning, the agency referred to the law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, which prohibits refusing to provide one service because of the customer’s refusal to purchase another.
The warning was announced on October 9, 2026. It concerns the possible violation of consumer rights in the provision of dental services.
