Construction of seven stages of the Orenburg tract understudy will be completed in 2027
Next year, it is planned to complete work on seven stages of construction of a backup of the Orenburg tract in Tatarstan

The Deputy Minister recalled that the object is divided into eight stages. State contracts have already been signed for seven of them. On the eighth is the examination of the project. Probably, its construction will be implemented through public-private partnership, and it will be a toll road, like the Ascension Road. Construction requires significant costs, so this stage is still under consideration.
At the eighth stage, in particular, it is planned to build a road from the residential area of Lesnaya Polyana to Technical Street in the Volga district of Kazan.
Fayzullin noted that at the seventh stage, the reconstruction of the interchange on the Kazan-Orenburg highway in the Laishevsky district has already been completed. According to him, the new route will unload the existing roads that go through the settlements of Usada, Stolby, Sandy Kovali.
According to the deputy minister, construction is currently underway at the third stage - from Forest Polyana to the Stolbyshche-Atabayevo road.
In the summer, a contract was signed for the third stage. It's a new construction site. The road will connect two highways: Kazan – Orenburg – Borovoye Matyushino and Stolbyshche – Atabaevo. It will run parallel to the existing track at the Sandy Kovals. Now the upper layer of the base and asphalt concrete are being laid.
The deputy minister added that the understudy will create an additional route for leaving Kazan to the M12, the airport, production sites in the Laishevsky district and surrounding villages.
Fayzullin stressed that the project significantly affects the socio-economic development of the strongholds. For example, from the village of Stolbyshche, part of the Kazan agglomeration, will leave the transit flow going to Kazan on the M12. This will reduce the load on the road network, improve the environment and increase traffic safety.
This year, 6.2 billion rubles were allocated for seven stages: 4.5 billion from the federal budget, more than 1.6 billion from the republican budget.
The construction of the exit route (Laishevsky Knot) is being implemented under the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.
