In the Kostroma region will create a hotline on the problems of electronic diaries

The region plans to open a special telephone line for parents and teachers who have encountered difficulties in using electronic school diaries. This order was given by Governor Sergey Sitnikov after numerous complaints about the service.

Since the beginning of the academic year, electronic diaries are available through the federal platform “Public Services My School”. However, users had technical problems: some parents couldn’t look at their children’s grades and find out what tasks they were asked at home.

The governor directed the Department of Education and Science to work with the federal agency to speed up troubleshooting. According to the regional administration, the number of appeals on this topic has already decreased threefold. Some problems continue to be solved in the Sudislav, Zarubin and Mezhevsky schools.

Sitnikov also demanded a clear communication channel through which parents and teachers could report specific disruptions. The hotline number was promised to be published later.
