In Orel, LLC "StroyMontageProject" owed the employee salary

The railway district court of Orel protected the labor rights of the citizen. The man filed a lawsuit against the limited liability company StroyMontageProject for the recovery of unpaid wages, compensation for delayed payment of wages, compensation for moral damage.

As told in the press service of the Railway District Court of the city, within the framework of consideration of the civil claim, it was established that the employee on October 8, 2018 concluded an employment contract with StroyMontageProekt LLC, according to which he was accepted as an electrician of the 5th category. In the period from October 8, 2018 to July 16, 2026, the man performed his duties. However, during the period of work from June 1 of this year to July 16, 2026, he was paid wages, only the funds were not paid. In this regard, the employee asked the court to recover from the limited liability company StroyMontageProekt arrears in wages for the above period, compensation for delay in payment of wages and compensation for moral damage.

Having studied all the circumstances of the case, analyzing the norms of laws, the court recovered from the employer in favor of the employee accrued, but not paid wages, compensation for delay in payment of wages, and also compensated him for moral damage caused by illegal actions of the employer.

The press service of the Railway District Court of the city of Orel added that the absentee decision has not entered into legal force and can be appealed by the parties to the dispute in accordance with the procedure established by law.
