In Tambov will check the work of dispatching services of management companies

The administration of Tambov held a meeting with the heads of management companies of the city, dedicated to the observance of dispatching discipline. The meeting was held by Deputy Head of Administration Natalia Trunova and Acting Director of the Department of State Housing Supervision of the Tambov Region Andrey Mamontov.

According to the decree of the Government “On the procedure for the management of apartment buildings”, each management organization is obliged to organize a round-the-clock emergency dispatch service – independently or under a contract with a specialized organization. ADS monitors the work of intra-house engineering systems, the quality of utilities, and also registers and monitors the implementation of residents' applications. Response times to calls are regulated.

On behalf of the head of Tambov administration Maxim Kosenkov, monitoring of the work of dispatching services was carried out. He identified serious problems: a number of criminal code sites do not have up-to-date information about ADS phones, it is difficult and sometimes impossible to reach the dispatcher. Residents also complain about the rudeness of employees. Failure to comply with the requirements of the legislation threatens not only fines, but also deprivation of license in case of systematic violations.

Monitoring will continue. Management companies are recommended to actively use house chats, messengers and social networks to promptly inform residents about emergency situations, the timing of their elimination and other important information.
