Vladimir State Duma Deputy explained why the scheme of cash withdrawal abroad through microloans was closed
Microfinance organizations are increasingly becoming a tool for cashing out money and withdrawing them abroad, explained the first Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on protection of competition Igor Igoshin.

The Cabinet removed papers from microfinance organizations from the list of documents that allow you to export cash rubles abroad. This is reported in the material. Since September 29, individuals cannot export more than 1 million in cash to neighboring countries. Companies and individual entrepreneurs are prohibited from exporting cash rubles for any amount. There are exceptions for individual airports, but you need to present documents on the origin of funds. Previously, the list included an agreement with MFIs and a cash order for a loan.
Microfinance organizations are increasingly becoming a tool for cashing out money and withdrawing them abroad, explained the first Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on protection of competition Igor Igoshin. The man took out a large loan, received cash, and then showed these documents at the border, allegedly to confirm the legitimacy of the money. Thus, it was possible to bypass restrictions, evade taxes and withdraw capital. The new rules close this loophole, said Igoshin. Now the legality of the export of large sums can be confirmed only by papers from banks, quotes our countryman Financial Marketplace Banks.ru.
