In Vladimir revealed gross violations of safety at meat and dairy production

Another inspection of the Rosselkhoznadzor exposed an unsightly picture at the food enterprises of Vladimir. Under the gun were meat and dairy factories. Despite strict regulations, inspectors found dirt, mold and a complete lack of quality control system HACCP.

Particular attention was drawn to the work in the electronic certification system "Mercury". The company tried to hide the violations of logistics: the products allegedly covered 239 kilometers in 2.5 hours.

In addition, 17 veterinary documents remained outstanding. Joint storage of raw meat and ready-made sausages in one chamber, as well as the presence of expired flavors create a direct threat of mass food poisoning. As a result of the inspection, the materials were transferred to the prosecutor's office.
