In the Vladimir region stopped the sale of canned fish due to unsanitary conditions

A large-scale inspection at the fish factory "Priboi" in the village of Vospushka in Petushinsky district turned into a disaster for the enterprise. Inspectors of the Rosselkhoznadzor found that the production not only does not meet the standards, but poses a threat to consumers.

In the banks exiting the conveyor, there could be not only fish, but also insects, since complete unsanitary conditions were recorded in the shops. In addition, the plant management concealed a shortage of raw materials (from 10 to 50 tons), issuing “fake” veterinary documents in the system “Mercury” for products that no one checked. The HACCP quality control system was absent at the plant.

The result: 821 tons of canned goods were withdrawn from sale, 200 documents were canceled, the materials went to the prosecutor's office.
