Volgograd residents learned whether blueberries really help improve vision

The expert in a conversation with Lenta.ru noted that blueberries contain anthocyanins and other plant compounds with antioxidant properties, as well as fiber, vitamins and minerals. Therefore, it is very reasonable to include it in the diet - as well as other berries, fruits and vegetables.

“Bilberry is a good product, but it cannot be considered a cure for all eye diseases. Food can be part of a healthy diet, but it is not a substitute for diagnosis and treatment. The most dangerous idea here is to replace the examination with berries, the specialist assured.

According to him, it is important to regularly consume not only blueberries, but also other useful products.
