The city cannot demolish it due to litigation with the bankrupt owner, although in the future they want to equip a sports school here.

The former minimarket 400 meters from the Novocherkasskaya metro station has long turned into a dangerous scenery. Windows are broken, the facade is painted with graffiti, and inside periodically find the shelter of a person without a certain place of residence. In August, there was a fire here, after which the surrounding residents for several days suffocated from the smell of burning.

The site and construction are owned by Colette LLC. The company is already in the process of liquidation, has accumulated millions of rubles of debts and received from GATI fines of hundreds of thousands for the untidy facade. Since the building is privately owned, district authorities cannot spend budget money on its protection or dismantling. Now the courts decide on the withdrawal of the object in favor of the city.

The case of collecting land and pavilion went to the cassation. The complaint was filed on October 7, but the documents were not accompanied by a receipt for payment of the state duty and a confirmation of sending copies. The judge left the complaint motionless until November 9. Data on whether the owner eliminated the violation is still not available.

According to the head of the Krasnogvardeysky district Andrei Hort, after the completion of the courts, the building can be transferred to one of the sports schools. However, as long as the object belongs to a private owner, the district does not have the right to protect it. The responsibility for security lies with the owner, and patrolling the police and Regardie is the maximum that the administration can do.
