The administration of the Plesetsk district in its social networks explained in which cases it is possible to recalculate the fee for utilities. The fee is adjusted if the services were provided with violations or if no one lived in the apartment. The grounds for different types of recalculation are established by the Rules for the provision of utilities approved by the Government of the Russian Federation No. 354. It is relevant for all residents of our region and not only.

The first reason is the inadequate quality of services. These are interruptions in the supply of resources in excess of the permissible duration or deviation of parameters from the standards. For example, the temperature in the apartment is below normal, hot water is not warm enough, a prolonged blackout of light or water. The amount of recalculation depends on the type of service and the degree of deviation.

The second reason is the temporary absence of more than 5 full calendar days in a row. In this case, you can recalculate the fee for services, the accrual of which depends on the number of residents. An application with supporting documents must be submitted before departure or within 30 days after return. However, not all services can be reduced.
