In the match of the 21st round of BETERA - the Higher League of Belarus on football, Minsk on the road confidently defeated Novopolotsk Naftan - 3: 0, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.
Teams haven't won in a long time. So, the capital club last won the championship on August 9, when on the road coped with Gomel (1: 0). After that, a series of three defeats in a row followed, and the team of Artem Chelyadinsky dropped to the eighth position. On the same day, success was celebrated by Naftan, who won against Arsenal (3: 0).
The Minskers started the match more actively. By the seventh minute they had organized two dangers at the gate of Denis Sadovsky. Alexander Xenophontov and Matar Dieye disturbed the goalkeeper of rivals with long shots. Sadovsky didn't flinch. Then a wave of attacks rolled towards the Minsk gates. So, Alexander Guthor had to stretch out in the string and hit the ball after the blow of Alexander Savitsky.
