Coach “Siberia” Lyuzenkov spoke about the defeat of Omsk “vanguard”
Head coach of HC "Siberia" Yaroslav Lyuzenkov summed up the results of the guest match with Omsk "Avangard", in which his team lost 4: 3 in overtime

According to Luzenkov, the meeting turned out to be tense, but the hockey players of Siberia did not always manage to maintain concentration in key moments. In particular, the team conceded goals at the very beginning of the first and second periods. At the same time, Novosibirsk managed to show character and transfer the game to overtime, where they lost to the opponent. The coach separately noted the large number of Siberia fans who came to support the team in Omsk.
Lyuzenkov admitted that the first link played ambiguously: hockey players made mistakes and retired, but at the same time made a decisive contribution to the fact that the team earned a point. The mentor intends to take a closer look at their actions on video and individually discuss game moments with each of the members of the link.
Separately, the head coach commented on the breakup with Taylor Beck. According to him, the decision was not easy and was made together. Luzenkov thanked the striker for his contribution to the team, but noted that the hockey player no longer had previous partners with whom he had previously effectively interacted, including during the majority draw. In addition, with age, Beck began to have more problems with his back.
Commenting on rumors about the possible acquisition of Evander Kane, Luzenkov confirmed that negotiations are underway, but no details yet. At the same time, he stressed that he is not afraid to work with players with a difficult character, since he has the relevant experience. The search for reinforcement is complicated by the limited transfer market and the lack of available hockey players.
Earlier, MK in Novosibirsk reported that seven players had dropped out of HC Siberia.
