Tulyachka took silver of the championship of the Russian Federation on orienteering

Athlete from the Tula region Elena Rachmanina took second place at the Russian Orienteering Championship. Competitions in cross disciplines were held in Stavropol, told “MK in Tula” in the press service of the Tula Ministry of Sport.

It is known that the Tula athlete showed a silver result in the cross-long discipline. According to the judges, only Anastasia Rudnaya from the Vladimir region was better than her, she showed the first result in the championship.

Earlier, MK in Tula wrote about plans to renew 26 stadiums of Soviet construction in the region by 2029.

Governor Dmitry Milyaev said after a meeting with the Minister of sports of Russia Mikhail Degtyarev. In general, in 2026, the region also intends to build and reconstruct 24 sports facilities and equip 16 outdoor areas.

Special attention will be paid to the accessibility of sports infrastructure for people with disabilities and the organization of trips for training for children from remote settlements.
