In Krasnodar called priorities in the development of sports in the Kuban

Minister of Sports of Krasnodar Krai Dmitry Novakh took part in the meeting of the Council for Physical Culture and Sports chaired by Governor Veniamin Kondratiev.

At the meeting, he reported on the work of the department and on the prospects for the development of the industry in the Kuban. Separately, the minister presented an analysis of the territories where additional sports facilities are needed.

The Council members discussed new projects and paid attention to affordable sports, as well as the development of adaptive sports for people with disabilities and veterans of SVO. Also at the meeting raised the topic of support for the first coaches.

Veniamin Kondratiev stressed that without qualified personnel, new sports facilities will be empty. He also reminded that more than 3.6 million people lead an active lifestyle in the Kuban, and sports infrastructure should be within walking distance.
