Opposition factions of the Estonian parliament have initiated a vote of no confidence in the government of Prime Minister Kristen Michal. It's from sb.by.

According to TASS, citing the state television and radio ERR, the statement was signed by 33 deputies of the Estonian Parliament. The initiators accuse the government of a string of scandals undermining public trust and failing to address economic and social problems.
The head of the centrist faction Lauri Laats referred to a study by the state chancellery, according to which 51% of Estonians experience economic uncertainty, and 85% are worried about the growth of daily expenses. The chairman of another faction said that the government had undermined trust in the state, including because of decisions in the field of defense.
The application will be submitted to parliamentary proceedings on Wednesday, October 14. At least 51 votes out of 101 are required to pass the vote.
