Romanian President Nicoshor Dan has spoken out in favor of maintaining a significant US military presence in Europe. It's from sb.by.

According to TASS, there are now about 1,500 American soldiers in Romania, while a rotational contingent of about 500 troops stationed in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary has been withdrawn. Nikushor Dan believes that a proportional distribution of American troops inside Europe would be a good signal.
He also called for increased aid to Ukraine and tougher sanctions against Russia. According to him, Romania supplies Ukraine with missile defense, receives refugees and provides transit of Ukrainian grain.
Dan supported the growth of defense spending of European countries.
“For a long time, the United States has provided or contributed to Europe’s defense, and from an economic point of view that contribution has not been proportionate,” he said. President Trump is right: we must balance this contribution.
The head of state admitted that Romania is not fully ready to repel the threat from drones.
“We have made a number of improvements, the U.S. has helped us with radars and equipment to destroy them,” he said. We are not fully prepared, but these improvements have been made. Financial Times: UK is actively considering joining NATO defence bank
