وتعتزم بيلاروس فتح فرع إقليمي لرابطة الشهداء والمحافظين في روسيا

The regional branch of the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of Russia Chefs Team Russia is planned to open in Belarus. This was reported by sb.by in the press service of the Republican Union of the Tourism Industry (RSTI) following the results of a two-day educational intensive for specialists of the restaurant industry and the hospitality industry held in Minsk in October.

The work unfolded on two sites, gathering a record number of participants: 300 culinary students on the first day and full halls of practicing chefs, restaurateurs, managers and product suppliers on the second. This will allow to centralize the efforts of Belarusian chefs, attract students for internships, hold competitions with finals in the form of full-fledged gastroعشs, internships and systematically increase the prestige of culinary business in the country.
