From January to September 2026, Tula companies sent applicants more than 588,000 job invitations. More often called women - 328.8 thousand against 259.2 thousand men. Such data is provided by hh.ru.
Most of the invitations were received by applicants from the field of sales and customer service - 273.5 thousand. Then there are working staff (108.5 thousand), retail trade (78.6 thousand), transport and logistics (78.3 thousand), as well as home and service personnel (55.4 thousand). The top 10 also included manufacturing, construction, administrative positions, tourism and finance.
Most often employers wrote candidates 19-30 years old - 203.3 thousand invitations. In second place were applicants 31-40 years (177.3 thousand), the third – 41-50 years (88.3 thousand).
Among the regions of the Central Federal District, employers of Moscow were the most active among young specialists - 7.3 million invitations for applicants aged 19-30 and 7.1 million for candidates aged 31-40. In the Tula region, these figures amounted to 203.3 thousand and 177.3 thousand, respectively.
Earlier, MK in Tula reported that the main reason for refusal to work for Tulaks in 2026 was the lack of qualifications and skills to the vacancy requirements - this accounts for 54.7% of all cases. In second place were working conditions: schedule, place and format of employment (7.4% of refusals).
