In the Railway district of Kursk, two local residents became defendants in an administrative case after a conflict with a neighbor.
The reason for the proceedings was the appeal of a man with a disability group III, who complained to the prosecutor's office about humiliation of honor and dignity.
As it was established during the inspection, the conflict between the neighbors occurred in July of this year. The reason for the quarrel between the applicant and the women living nearby was the man’s remark about the loud barking of his dog. In the midst of the conflict, a mother and her adult daughter made offensive remarks about a neighbor.
Following the consideration of the materials, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Railway Administrative District opened administrative cases against both citizens. The actions of women are qualified under Part 1 of Article 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (“Insult”).
The magistrate, having studied the decision of the prosecutor, found guilty of committing an offence and sentenced each of them to an administrative fine. The amount of recovery for mother and daughter amounted to 3 thousand rubles, – said the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of the Kursk region.
