In the Ulyanovsk region, the mother of a minor had to pay a criminal fine of 25 thousand rubles, assigned to her son for extortion. The teenager did not have his own earnings and property, so bailiffs joined in the execution of the court decision. After payment of the debt, the enforcement proceedings were completed.
A minor resident of the Ulyanovsk region was found guilty of extortion under part 1 of Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The court sentenced him to a fine of 25 thousand rubles.
However, the teenager could not fulfill the decision on his own. He did not have any permanent income or property from which to recover the necessary amount.
As a result, the case went to the bailiffs of the FSSP of Russia in the Ulyanovsk region. After the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the minor was handed the relevant resolution and explained what consequences could occur if the fine was not paid.
Since it was not possible to recover money directly from the convict, the bailiff appealed to his legal representative - the mother of the teenager.
The woman was notified of the need to enforce the court decision. As a result, she transferred the entire amount of punishment assigned to her son.
After receiving the money, the enforcement proceedings were completed. At the same time, the bailiffs lifted the previously established restrictions.
The regional department of the FSSP reminded that the absence of a minor’s own earnings does not mean automatic release from the fine imposed by the court. In cases provided for by law, the obligation to pay may be imposed on parents or other legal representatives.
