Alexander Yukhnovich became the most titled driver in the history of Minsktrans, having received two honorary titles over the past five years. About the intricacies of work, professional competitions, the citizen told the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-Novosti”.

Dreamed since childhood

After the 9th grade of secondary school No. 105, Sasha Yukhnovich graduated from the Smilovichi Agricultural College with a specialization “master of production”, and then in absentia received the profession of a teacher of physical culture at the BSPU. He worked as a builder, a manager, but the craving for tenderness to technology determined a different choice. He received the first Category C rights at the age of 18. He's got all the categories now.

- A friend offered to try his hand at the lamb. He said, “If you don’t like it, you will return to your diplomas,” Yukhnovich said. I have been working in different parks of Minsktrans for 16 years. He started on a trolley bus, was among the first to master an electric bus in the capital, then switched to a bus. The last year and a half in the department of organization of external transportations of the branch "Bus Park No. 5". MAZ-251 has visited Lithuania, Germany and Poland many times. According to Alexander, the specifics of activities on public transport and tourist bus differ. In the city, traffic flows are strained, although a special lane is allocated for buses. Labor regime is floating, for 4.5 hours at the wheel, but sometimes it falls to drive at night, and the concentration at this time is maximum. Weather conditions are also affected, especially in winter. Air conditioning helps in the summer. Sometimes on the road and animals meet. Many times I saw elk, deer, roe deer, boar, foxes and even beavers running across the road. Fly with Anton two flights in a row for three days, then the weekend.

- In the branches of “Minsktrans” I did not have a single accident, as well as excesses with passengers, assured the interlocutor. Although there are different people among them. Perhaps because I have a calm temper, I try to be contact and friendly. But, of course, the soft tourist bus, where from the beginning to the end of the flight is almost always 47 passengers, has its own nuances. Questions arise with heavy luggage, Internet connection, sanitary stop and visiting the toilet. Everything is decided in the usual order. Only once did a woman from a neighboring country have a serious problem at our customs. After the inspection, she was detained for smuggling prohibited psychotropic substances. The main difficulty at the borders is now the queue. Most of all, 29 hours, waiting for a trip to Poland. It turned out the longest flight: 73 hours instead of the standard 22 with a range of 1,100 km. Serious language problems at the borders, Anton and I have not yet arisen, studied English at school, gradually mastered the Polish minimum. Our bus, although not young, did not fail on flights. Because it was well debugged with the branch locksmiths.

Moving to victory

“I have a lot of diplomas, thanks and encouragements in Minsktrans – for labor performance and victories in professional competitions,” Yukhnovich said. - Invariably all 16 years participate in competitions of professional skills of the enterprise. Six times he won in the personal standings, was many times among the winners of the competitions. Of course, there are differences in the team championship, and in certain nominations: for knowledge of the theory, high-speed maneuvering

He has represented Belarus at similar tournaments in Russia. Four times I was in St. Petersburg, in Sochi, and this year in Naberezhnye Chelny. Five times he became a bronze medalist of these competitions. In Bashkortostan awarded a prize of 100 thousand Russian rubles and a washing machine. And the champion left in a new Muscovite! So I have something to strive for.

At home after each flight of the Minsk master - 2021 and 2026 is a friendly family. Olga is a HR manager in a company that provides construction equipment for rent. 13-year-old daughter Eva is in the 8th grade, son Mark 5 years old, will go to school next year. They live in Uruchi, in their apartment. If possible, when the working schedule of the head of the family allows, they are chosen for the city by car to the dacha on Vyache.
