“Grandmother Krynka” and “Kommunarka” released a joint product that many remember from childhood. Based on the candy "Capital", but - in a new way! Now the production of such glazed cheeses is established in Belarus.

The process in the Osipovichi branch of "Grandmother's Krynka" - in several stages. First, cottage cheese is mixed with components to obtain a homogeneous mass. Then it is tempered and shaped. At the same time added to the filling “capital”. Next is the chocolate from Kommunarka. After – refrigeration tunnel, packaging and final cooling. Before sending the product to stores, the cheeses are tested in the laboratory. Only after the final confirmation of quality they fall on the shelves of stores.

Alexander Rudenya, General Director of the enterprise “Grandmother Krynka”: “We have long been cooperating with Kommunarka”. At the next meeting, it was decided to make cheese "Capital". This is a new product for us, since we used to work with confectionery glaze. Today, the cheese "Capital" will be covered with natural bitter chocolate, so we learned to work with bitter chocolate technologists "Kommunarki". I can announce that we are now producing and producing Alenka Baby cheese.
