Crunchy baguette, delicate cheese and egg filling, fragrant sprats and bright decoration of carrots - such an appetizer will be a real decoration of the festive table. The culinary blogger told how to prepare mini sandwiches with sprats and serve them original.

The ingredients
The baguette is 6 pieces.
Sprats, 6 pcs.
Eggs, 2 pieces.
Carrots, 1.5.
The bulb is 1⁄2.
Floated cheese - 90g.
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
Garlic, 1 clove.
Sugar is 1 tbsp.
Vinegar is 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil.
Salt and pepper are to taste.
Parsley for decoration.
How to cook
1 The onions are finely chopped, put in a deep bowl, add sugar and vinegar. Pour boiling water so that it completely covers the onions, and leave to marinate.
2 Boil the carrots and eggs until ready, cool and peel.
3 Pieces of baguette roast in a heated pan with a little vegetable oil until golden crust.
4 The large grater is slightly lubricated with vegetable oil and rub the melted cheese on it. This will help the cheese not stick to the surface.
5 Grate the eggs and one carrot in a fine grater. Add them to the cheese.
6. Cut the parsley small. Drain the liquid from the pickled onions. Add greens, onions, sprats and mayonnaise to the rest of the ingredients.
7. Sprinkle and pepper the mass, then mix thoroughly. For a more homogeneous filling, sprats can be previously stretched with a fork.
8 Roasted slices of baguette rub it with garlic. At the top, lay out the cheese and sprat filling.
9. Cut the remaining carrots with thin plates and cut out small hearts from them. Decorate the sandwiches with carrot hearts and parsley leaves.
To make the snack look spectacular, lay out mini sandwiches on a large dish in a circle or in the shape of a flower. Carrot hearts can be replaced with circles of fresh cucumber, pomegranate grains or halves of cherry tomatoes. Serve the sandwiches immediately after cooking while the baguette remains crispy.
