One of the most common reasons to give up sports is lack of time. Doctors emphasize: it is not necessary to spend two hours on activity daily. It is enough to start with 10 minutes a day - the main thing here is to form a stable habit. For example, light exercises or simple exercises can be done in parallel with watching the series.
People often say they are too tired after work or school to exercise. However, with regular loads after 2-3 weeks, the body adapts, and the energy level increases markedly. To find time for morning exercise, it is enough to get up 15 minutes earlier than usual. Another simple option is to get off the transport one stop early and walk the rest of the way.
A common myth is that with excess weight, any physical activity is contraindicated. This is not so: it is important to find the right type of activity. So, walking and swimming are considered gentle types of load and, as experts note, have almost no contraindications.
You can play sports at home, even if the space is limited. If the apartment is cramped, a good alternative is a walk, a visit to the sports field or a regular walk on the stairs - this is an affordable and effective way to add load.
Another misconception is that in adulthood it is too late to start playing sports. Doctors say it is never too late to start. The main thing is to take into account the state of health and observe safety measures. Before you start regular classes, you should consult a doctor: he will tell you what types of activities are best for you and what restrictions you need to take into account.
