Novgorod residents advised to use smart lamps for easy awakening

In autumn, it seems that waking up on time, and even with a feeling of vivacity, is almost unrealistic. However, to facilitate the awakening is quite possible, writes 360.ru.

Scientists have found that it is much easier to wake up if the bedroom gradually becomes lighter. During the experiment, people half an hour before the rise smoothly increased the brightness of the lamps, imitating a real dawn. After this awakening, the participants felt much more alert and quickly coped with the tasks of checking the reaction.

This beneficial effect can be easily repeated at home. It is enough to configure smart lamps so that they begin to light up gently before the alarm clock rings. A smooth transition from darkness to light relieves the body of morning stress. An excellent addition to this system will be automatic curtains, which are scheduled to open themselves, letting in the room natural morning light.
