The meticulous man went to court because he considered the withholding of alimony from all types of his income excessive. He worked in several organizations and got a decision obliging the ex-wife to report on the expenditure of money on the child. According to the court decision, the woman had to hand over documents and cheques of good quality and readable form before the fifth day of each month.
In May 2025, the woman presented checks from shops, cafes, pharmacies and entertainment centers. The total amount of expenses for the son exceeded 62 thousand rubles, while for the same month the ex-husband paid only 10,143 rubles of alimony.
To confirm the costs, the woman even split purchases for herself and the baby at grocery stores, and split the bills in cafes. She sent documents to the bailiff and ex-husband.
Executive proceedings in the Kalininsky district department of bailiffs were completed after the parties agreed to exclude service from their family conflict.
Earlier, in July 2024, the debt of the man on alimony exceeded 253 thousand rubles. He later repaid the debt.
Another St. Petersburger owed three children more than 1 million rubles alimony, but rented an apartment in the Petrograd district for 150 thousand rubles a month. The 46-year-old man did not have an official job and his own property, and he was hiding from bailiffs. During the raid, bailiffs and traffic police officers stopped the debtor behind the wheel of car sharing, despite the ban to drive a car due to debts.
