Saratov Rospotrebnadzor warned about the danger of eggs
Chicken eggs contain vitamins and microelements, useful for the body

Chicken eggs contain vitamins and microelements that are useful for the body. This is reported by the supervision department for food hygiene of the Rospotrebnadzor Department for the Saratov region. One egg contains 22% selenium necessary for the human body, 15% vitamin B2, 9% phosphorus and vitamin B12, 7% vitamin B5, 6% vitamin A, 5% folic acid from the recommended daily intake.
However, eggs contain cholesterol.
Doctors recommend 300 mg of cholesterol per day, but one chicken egg has about 200 mg, which is almost 70%. If your blood test shows excess cholesterol, eat 1 egg no more than 2-3 times a week.
Chicken eggs are also a high-calorie product. For those who follow the figure, it is recommended to limit the number of yolks. And also do not lean on eggs with ham and bacon, which is a high-calorie dish.
“Do not increase the calorie content of dishes from eggs will help proper cooking: boiling “soft-boiled”, “in a bag”, “hard-boiled”, cooking poached eggs, steam omelets”, – advise in the regional Rospotrebnadzor.
Eggs can cause an allergic reaction. Most often, allergies to this dietary product occur in children under 4 years of age and account for about 9% of all food diatheses.
