In Chelyabinsk found out who employers are more likely to let work from home

Remote work format is used by 26% of companies in Chelyabinsk. Most often, IT specialists work from home, but employees working from abroad are much less common. Such results were shown by a survey service SuperJob.

Despite the spread of remote work, most Chelyabinsk employers still do without remote employees.

Even in organizations where such a format is provided, a small part of the team is usually transferred to it. In 77% of companies with remote work less than 10% of employees. Another 8% of employers reported that the share of such employees is from 10% of the staff.

Most often, information technology specialists get the opportunity to work outside the office. They were named by 50% of companies using a remote format.

In second place were personnel and recruiters – 18%. Next are accountants, financiers and employees of sales and customer service departments. Each of these areas was mentioned by 16% of employers.

Call center operators and engineering specialists are also working remotely – 11% each. Marketers and advertisers were named 10% of companies, document workers - 8%, buyers and analysts - 5% each. The least common in the list are designers – 3%.

But work from another country remains the exception. Only 6% of respondents said that they have employees who perform their duties from abroad.

The SuperJob study involved representatives of personnel services of enterprises and organizations of Chelyabinsk.
