In the Kirov region called leaders and outsiders to work with complaints
In the region summed up the results of interaction of authorities with the population in the digital space for the third quarter of the year

The results of regular monitoring of work with citizens’ messages in social networks were announced by the head of the SDGs Igor Pankratov during an operational meeting led by Governor Alexander Sokolov.
In total, during the reporting period, the Incident Management special system recorded 11,811 complaints from residents of the region.
Traditionally, citizens showed the greatest activity in the improvement of territories - 2,435 reports were received on this topic, which amounted to 20.6% of the total volume.
In second place is the state of the road network with 1,900 questions (16.1%), and close the top five in the housing sector (1,502 applications, or 12.7%), energy (1,478 applications, or 12.5%) and public transport (1,201 appeals, or 10.2%).
The effectiveness assessment was based on strictly defined criteria, including the total number of received and closed signals, the speed of response, the presence of delays and the content quality of the information provided.
At the same time, the specialists of the SDGs stressed that the rating reflects only the efficiency and correctness of response to requests in social networks, and not the overall effectiveness of administrations and departments.
Among the municipalities of the Kirov region, the city of Kirov, Darov and Uninsky municipal districts, as well as Vyatskopolyansky and Zuevsky districts demonstrated the highest indicators.
In the block of regional executive authorities, the leading positions were taken by the Ministry of Ecology, the Ministry of Justice, the Department of Labor and Employment of the Population and the Ministry of Social Development.
At the same time, a number of departments and territories showed an insufficient level of work with online appeals.
The list of laggards included the Ministry of Energy and Housing, the Department of State Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites, the city of Kotelnich, as well as the Kirovo-Chepetsky, Urzhumsky, Kumyonsky and Malmyzhsky districts.
According to the head of the Regional Management Center, organizations and municipalities with low rates need to urgently take a set of measures to improve feedback.
The management of relevant departments and heads of outsider districts are recommended to study in detail the reasons for low positions in the rating, eliminate delays in preparing answers and increase their informativeness.
Following the results of the report, Governor Alexander Sokolov instructed the Ministry of Internal Policy of the region to strengthen control over this area and to intensify the introduction of more effective mechanisms for interaction with the population in the Internet space.
