In the Tambov region for 9 months examined almost 150 samples of bakery products

The Department of Rospotrebnadzor in the Tambov region summed up the results of supervision of bakery products for 9 months of 2026. 149 samples were studied, all comply with the standards.

As part of the control, 45 scheduled and 41 unscheduled inspections, 1 random control, 7 inspection visits, 14 control purchases, 21 non-interaction events and 318 preventive visits were carried out.

Samples were examined on sanitary-chemical (23), physical-chemical (52) indicators, on GMOs (25), microbiological indicators (46, including 43 on pathogenic microorganisms) and radioactive substances (3). For comparison: for 9 months of 2025, 138 samples were examined.

Inconsistencies in sanitary and epidemiological requirements, GMOs and radiology were not detected. All 52 samples of bread according to physico-chemical indicators met the standards (in 2025, 3 samples out of 53 were non-standard - 5.7%). All 46 microbiological samples were also compliant.

Products were not withdrawn from circulation. The situation remains under the control of the Office of Rospotrebnadzor in the Tambov region.
