Vladimirians are advised to use magnesium correctly

Doctors say that just fatigue, seizures or poor sleep can not be diagnosed with magnesium deficiency. These symptoms occur with a lack of a trace element, but in themselves do not prove it.

Magnesium is involved in a large number of reactions in the body. It depends on the work of the muscles, heart and nervous system.

The doctor separately explained how the forms of magnesium in supplements differ. Oxide is absorbed worse than others. Citrate can weaken. Glycinate is usually more easily tolerated. There's also malat and magnesium taurate.

Magnesium can be taken along with vitamins B6 and D. But calcium and iron are better to drink separately in time. Those with kidney disease should talk to a doctor before taking supplements.
