The Russian woman shared her impressions on social networks.

The girl said that she had been looking for a job in Brazil for a long time, went to interviews and finally got a job as a cook in one of the city's famous cafes. The restaurant is popular: there are many visitors, there is always a full landing in the hall. It seems like a promising vacancy! But after the first shift, the Russian was shocked.

After two days working in the kitchen, I am now afraid to eat in cafes and restaurants. I got a job as a cook in a famous cafe in our city. There's a full landing every day, people coming in, eating, everything's fine. Now let’s look at the other side of this beautiful picture.

The first thing she saw was cockroaches walking around the kitchen.

- I go into the kitchen, and there's cockroaches running right on the desks, on the cutting boards! I think, well, maybe I was so unlucky on the first day. Maybe an accident.

But it only got worse. According to the Russian woman, the employees got the meat, which has already acquired a greenish hue.

I look at the meat and say, "I think it's already dead." They say, “Throw away the green pieces and leave the rest.” String and fry. I'm standing there thinking, this is where people are going to eat! And I'm involved! I didn’t think anything would surprise me after that. But no, that was just the beginning.

The next discovery was the rules for cooking burgers.

Burgers are collected with their bare hands, without gloves. The chef stained his finger with mayonnaise, licked it and calmly continued to collect the burger further! And that doesn't bother anyone. Did something fall to the floor? Well, apparently the 5-second rule works all over the world. He picked it up quickly, nobody saw anything!

According to the girl, no one thinks about the separation of inventory for different products in the kitchen.

- Separate items for different products? Why do you have such a problem? she sneers.

But that's not all. The Russian woman claims that the employees of the institution allowed themselves to try dishes that were carried by visitors.

Everything from cooks to waiters eats from customers' plates! Here they bring an order to a person and on the way they can eat something from there. And they say to me, "Why don't you eat?" It's okay, eat it! I stood there and didn't know what was going on.

The last straw was a mop. The girl filmed what was happening on video.

- But you know what got me? Mop! Look, this mop just washed the floor. And now it is driven from the table, where they wash dishes. Same thing!

The Russian explained that she is a technologist by education, so she has a good idea of how the kitchen should be organized.

- You don't even need any education! These are basic things. How can you work like that?

Two days later, the girl quit.

- Now, when I pass by the establishment with a full landing, and I have one thought: "Can I look at the kitchen?".
