Residents of Saransk told about the tests that will help to identify age-related changes

In Saransk, experts proposed exercises to assess the state of muscles and balance. The first is performed on a chair: you need to sit down, cross your arms on your chest and several times in a row get up and sit down again without the help of your hands.

If it takes too long, it may indicate decreased muscle strength and age-related muscle loss. The second test is to stay on one leg with the other bent. If a person is very staggering, you should consult a doctor.

To assess age-related changes, studies are also used to check the state of blood vessels and the effectiveness of oxygen use during loads. Experts advise to undergo medical examination more often to identify changes in time.
