Trusova got a chance to perform at the Grand Prix stage in the United States
Israeli figure skater Senyuk withdrew from the stage of the ISU Grand Prix in the United States, Trusova – the first reserve

Israeli figure skater Maria Senyuk said that she will not perform at the Grand Prix of the International Skating Union (ISU) in the United States.
“It is with great regret that I announce that I will not be able to take part in Skate America this year,” Senyuk wrote on Instagram.
Russian Alexandra Ignatova (before marriage – Trusova) heads the list of spare ISU. Thus, she can get an invitation to play at the tournament in the United States, which will be held in Everett (Washington) from 13 to 15 November.
Earlier, Trusova received an invitation to the stage of the ISU Grand Prix in Shenzhen, China, which will be held from November 6 to 8. The Russian will replace the Korean Kim Chae-yeon, who retired from the tournament.
The vice-champion of the Olympics in Beijing in January 2026 resumed her career after the birth of her son. At the stages of the ISU Grand Prix, the skater last performed in October 2021 (at Skate America). In early September, Trusova became the second at the Challenger Kinoshita Group Cup in Tokyo, and in October won the Denis Ten Memorial in Almaty, winning the first international tournament in five years.
The ISU allowed Russians to attend their competitions in a neutral status, but so far they have a limited number of quotas for major tournaments due to the lack of rating points.
