Panarin set a record for the NHL club in the XXI century
The Los Angeles striker scored the puck in the fifth match in a row on the road from the start of the season

The Los Angeles Kings away beat the New York Islanders 3-2 in a regular NHL championship game.
As part of the winners, the double was made by Russian forward Artemy Panarin, who was recognized as the first star of the meeting.
34-year-old Panarin scored in the fifth guest match in a row since the beginning of the season - this is a club record in the XXI century. Luke Robitale (1999/00), Jimmy Carson (1987/88) and Charlie Simmer (1980/81) have also scored five times in a row, and Bernie Nicholls (six matches, 1982/83) has the best result in club history.
Panarin has 9 (6+3) points in eight matches this season.
Los Angeles, with six points, is 13th in the Western Conference. The New York Islanders scored 12 points and ranked seventh in the East.
