Boxer from Makeevka became the master of sports of Russia

Athlete from Makeevka Svetlana Yakhontova officially received the title of master of sports of Russia in boxing. It acts in the weight category up to 51 kilograms.

"Svetlana Yakhontova is officially the Master of Sports of Russia in Boxing!" the department said.

Svetlana is an athlete instructor. She twice became the champion of Russia in her weight category and played for the national team at the junior world championship. For several years, she has been among the strongest athletes in Russia in her weight.

"Svetlana twice became the Champion of Russia in the weight category up to 51 kg, played for the Russian team at the Junior World Championship," the ministry said.

Recognition was the result of talent, efficiency and self-belief. A separate role was played by the support of coaches - Sergey Ivanovich and Yuri Ivanovich Perevyazko.

“This recognition was the result of Svetlana’s huge talent, her amazing performance, self-confidence and all-round support from wonderful coaches,” the ministry said.

Svetlana wished that the title of master of sports was only one of the steps on a long path. Congratulations to the athlete, her coaches and everyone who helped her along the way.
