Footballers of Minsk “Dynamo” snatched the victory from Gomel in the national championship

In the central match of the 26th round of BETERA - the Higher League of the Belarusian Football Championship, the capital "Dynamo" won Gomel at a party - 2: 1, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

At the end of the championship for many teams, the result of each match is important. So, Dynamo Minsk is fighting for the championship. For the guys of Alexander Shagoiko, even a draw is perceived as a failure. Competitors will move forward, they can not catch up. Gomel has another task - to get into the top 3. Or at least be fourth to qualify for European competition next season.

The meeting began with a minute of silence in memory of the player “Dynamo” and Soligorsk “Shakhtar” Yuri Tsygalko, who died at the age of 43 years. Very quickly, an important event happened - in the 11th minute, Gomel defender Igor Zayats interrupted the one-on-one exit of Karen Vardanyan. For a foul, he was removed from the field. However, the hosts scored first. They managed a quick counterattack. The partners brought Vladislav Lazarev on strike, and he did not fail - 1: 0. It took five minutes to restore parity. This was preceded by a replacement. Instead of Gleb Gurban, Maxim Shvetsov appeared on the field. After the match, the head coach of Minsk admitted that Gurban did not enter the game well. By the way, it was Shvetsov who ran along the flank and hung in the penalty area. The ball was in the legs of Artem Sokolovsky, who precisely punched in the corner - 1: 1. Before the break, the guests missed a couple more real chances to come forward. Note that Gomel did not sit in defense. A couple of outings turned out promising.

In the second half, the southerners seized the initiative and pressed opponents to their goal. They managed to create moments, but with the implementation there were difficulties.
