At the start of 100 students: in the Novgorod chemical and industrial technical school was held “STUDZABEG – colleges”

Students of the Novgorod Chemical and Industrial Technical School became participants of the All-Russian action “STUDZABEG – Colleges”. Athletics competitions are timed to the International Student Sports Day, which is annually celebrated on October 20. At the start came 100 students of the technical school, reported the press service of the government of the Novgorod region.

The program of the sports day turned out to be rich. The start warmed up - the warm-up was conducted by Oleg Shkvorov, an athlete-athlete of the Physical Development Center, a multiple champion and an activist of the technical school. Then relays took place: teams from training groups in turn overcame their distance segments, passing relay sticks to each other. The culmination was a general mass race that united all participants.

Running communities allow students to train regularly, support each other and participate in starts together, making the sport a sustainable habit.

An important part of the project was the equipment of the sites: the technical school donated a set of sports equipment and equipment. It included an electronic time scoreboard, a start-finish inflatable arch, a tearing finish tape, relay sticks, referee and starters with numbers, as well as medals for 100 participants of the mass race. In total, this year the inventory will receive 250 professional educational organizations across the country, said the head of physical education technical school Irina Chashchina.
