After the meeting with Sochi (2:3 OT), the head coach of Dynamo Minsk Sergey Brylin did not even know how to clearly explain the defeat: The beginning was very good. I really enjoyed the first ten minutes, especially the first ten minutes. We scored a quick goal again. But, unfortunately, the mistakes we make give the opponent the opportunity to find his game and slowly take the initiative into his own hands. In the second period, the first half played normally, but then again there were losses and unnecessary decisions that we sometimes make with and without the puck. They led to the fact that the opponent gradually began to lock us in the zone. I thought we had a lot of good moments today. Sometimes we just act too straight. Therefore, with one or two goals, it is very difficult to win, especially when you retire four times in a period.”.

The moment of the match “Sochi” – “Dynamo”. The defeat was again caused by complacency after the first period and absolutely stupid removals later on. And how many times does Dynamo have to step on these rakes to one day say enough?! Definitely, the restructuring of the team, initiated by the managers of our club in the KHL, does not resemble the road at the end of which His Majesty the Result looms. For the past two months of the championship, Dynamo looks so plasticine that looking at his actions on the ice, it becomes banal shame. This is definitely not the team that in the spring updated all their records and swung for the main trophy of the Continental League.

Sad results. Dynamo's game was neither. It’s good that we managed to survive to overtime. And there, as usual, settle down, the famous Belarusian journalist Ruslan Vasiliev does not choose expressions. Otherwise, not to formulate - settled. 2:3, if anything. Now it seems clear what's going on. Think about it. Seriously. Looks like we're going down without a change of captain.
- Obviously, Sochi residents in this state can take points either with clubs where they drink some yellow pills instead of training, or with Minsk residents, where they decided to bring a coach from Utica. The Belarusian club has become such a plush toy that you get a portion of sadness from their game. Not always, but most often, — adds the Belarusian counterpart Muscovite Alexey Shevchenko. — The South could and in the main time to win.

- The game with the current "Sochi" is a litmus test, - Mikhail Zislis from "Sport Express" is in a hurry to diagnose. With its help, you can assess the state of the team. With all due respect to the southerners and Nikita Gusev, who is walking on a solid schedule of “one point on average per match”, with the right attitude, they must be defeated. It doesn't work, so it doesn't matter. Dynamo Minsk is in a state of permanent crisis, based on the quality of the game. It is time for the leadership to do something decisive, if otherwise nothing happens. To begin with, there will be a resonant exchange or an invitation of a new person to the coaching staff.
Is the Minsk song of Sergey Brylin, behind whom three won Stanley Cups loom, already sung? After tomorrow’s match in Nizhny Novgorod and in our club, according to the old KHL tradition, they will begin to treat the team’s illness with the beheading of the head coach of the team?

CONTEXT
For “Dynamo” overtime in Sochi became the sixth in the current championship. And in none of them, the Minskans won - three defeats and three draws (all three of which also ended in defeats in the Bullitt series).
INFORMATION
The victory of “Sochi” brought a bunch of Gusev – Guskov. In the third period, they brought Timur Akhiyarov to the throw, equalizing the score, and in overtime Matvey scored the winning goal with the “blind” transfer of Nikita. Thus, Gusev extended his personal scoring streak to four matches (0+5). Shortly before Akhiyarov’s goal, Dynamo player Nicolas Obe-Kubel distinguished himself, in whose asset a similar series (4+1).

Magnitogorsk Metallurg just announced the name of the new head coach. This is Konstantin Shafranov. The agreement with the specialist is calculated before the end of the current season. For many years, Shafranov worked as an assistant coach in various clubs of the KHL, but he, like our Brylin, has never headed any team before. In Metallurg, Shafranov replaced Andrei Razin, who after parting with the Magnitogorsk club has already managed to head the St. Petersburg SKA (instead of Igor Larionov). Let’s not forget that the first KHL club to dismiss the head coach was Togliatti Lada, where Igor Gorbenko, who previously worked in Dynamo Minsk at the headquarters of Dmitry Kvartalnov, came to replace Pavel Zubov.
