Families from all over Russia can present their sports achievements at the All-Russian competition

The Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation, together with the media group Komsomolskaya Pravda, has opened the acceptance of applications for the All-Russian online competition “The Most Sports Family of Russia”.

Applications are accepted until October 18, 2026. The competition includes seven nominations: six sports and one creative.

For young couples who have recently started living together, the nomination “Young family in sports” is provided. It can be attended by spouses who are married for no more than three years and do not yet have children. In the application, it is important to show how joint jogging, training or cycling become part of everyday life and strengthen relationships.

Families with children can present themselves in the nomination “Dad, Mom, I am a sports family!”. The main thing here is to tell how physical activity unites parents and children: through family competitions, skiing or regular physical education.

For families in which sports traditions support several generations, the category “Family team” is suitable. Large families can participate in it, where grandparents, parents and children join in the activities.

Special attention in the competition is paid to inclusion and support. The Sport Without Borders category is for families where one or more members have limited health opportunities.

Another socially significant category - "Family - the support of the country" - is addressed to families where at least one of the parents is a participant or veteran of military operations, including the SVO, and at the same time has sports achievements.

For those for whom travel and active recreation have become part of a lifestyle, the nomination “Family Route” is suitable.

The creative category “I imagine sports!” completes the line, in which the attitude to family sports can be expressed through drawings, poems, songs, dances and other creative formats.

To participate, you must briefly tell about the family, its sports hobbies, traditions and achievements, as well as attach links to photo or video materials or creative works - depending on the selected nomination.

The expert commission will assess the compliance of the nomination, originality and creativity, the involvement of all family members, the quality of the submitted materials, as well as compliance with the special requirements of each category.

The ambassadors of the competition were famous Russian athletes: three-time Olympic champion in synchronized swimming Alla Shishkina and four-time Olympic champion in gymnastics Alexei Nemov.
