In Kamyshin, Volgograd region, a match will be held in memory of football veterans
According to the administration of Kamyshin, the tournament dedicated to the legends of Kamyshin football will bring together teams from five cities
On Saturday, October 24, the games will begin at 12.00, on Sunday, October 25, at 10.00. Teams from Saratov, Volgograd, Volzhsky, Zhirnovsk and Kamyshin will come out on the field - fans are waiting for tense meetings and a real sports struggle.
Volgograd region systematically develops mass, children's and adaptive sports - this is one of the priority areas identified by Governor Andrey Bocharov. Since 2014, about 200 sports facilities have been built and reconstructed in the region, the volume of investments exceeded 24 billion rubles. Now the sports infrastructure of the region has more than 5.6 thousand buildings, 48 testing centers and 41 specialized sites operate. These measures help to move towards the goal of the state program “Sport of Russia”: by 2030, the share of Russians regularly involved in sports should reach 70%.
The tournament in Kamyshin is not just a sporting event, for the new generation it is an example of dedication, and for the audience – an opportunity to once again remember the names of those who created the football glory of Kamyshin.
