Volgograd “Caustic” gave battle to the leader of the Super League in his home arena
At the Dynamo Arena in Volgograd, a real handball drama unfolded: the local Kaustik fought on equal terms with Krasnodar SKIF - one of the main contenders for the championship. The final score of 30:35 in favor of the guests does not convey the intensity of the struggle: from the first minutes, Volgograd imposed an extremely tough pace on the opponent and did not allow them to relax for a second.
For SKIF, the victory was of fundamental importance - it brought the team to first place in the standings and brought 15 points. At the same time, the position of Kaustika on the tenth line did not reflect the real mood of the team: the young and daring Volgograd squad from the very beginning acted boldly and aggressively.
