Eight medals and the title of absolute champion: the Ulyanovsk team distinguished themselves in the bodybuilding tournament

Representatives of the Ulyanovsk region successfully performed at the Samarskaya Luka-2026 bodybuilding championship. The athletes won eight awards, including two golds, two silvers and four bronzes. Three more results entered the top six in their categories.

One of the most notable was the performance of Anna Potapova. The athlete took first place in the category “Bodyfitness over 163 cm”, after which she won the title of absolute champion in this discipline. Thus, she received two gold awards at once.

Three medals in the treasury team brought Larisa Kamaltdinova. She became a silver medalist among masters in bodyfitness, and also twice climbed to the third step of the pedestal - in the categories "Bodyfitness debut" and "Bodyfitness up to 163 cm".

Another silver medal was won by Diana Ildiyarova, who performed among juniors in aesthetic fitness. In addition, the athlete took fourth place in the debut category for participants up to 166 centimeters tall.

In men's competitions distinguished Ivan Volkov. He received two bronze medals, entering the top three among juniors in bodybuilding and in the weight category up to 85 kilograms.

Other members of the team also showed good results. Yana Yemelyanova took sixth place in the Fitness-style category, and Vsevolod Merkulov completed a performance in a similar position among debutants in beach bodybuilding.

In total, at the Samarskaya Luka-2026 competitions, Ulyanovsk athletes received eight prizes. The tournament brought together participants in various areas of bodybuilding, where the physical shape, body proportions and features of the stage presentation of athletes were evaluated.
