Belarusian women’s team rises by six positions in the rating of the International Football Federation

The International Football Federation has updated the world ranking of women's national teams. The Belarusian team has risen by six positions compared to the previous version and is now on the 46th line.

Recently, the wards of Vyacheslav Grigorov could not overcome the resistance of the much more rated Italian team in the qualification of the World Cup (0: 2, 1: 1). But at the same time in the second match in Florence, the Belarusians unexpectedly achieved a draw, thanks to which they have now improved their rating.

The leadership in the rankings table was retained by the Spanish team, the second place is still occupied by the US team, and the third is the German squad. Further in the top ten are consistently located teams of England, Japan, France, Brazil, Sweden, Canada and Denmark.

Italian women, with whom Belarusians competed in the joints of selection for the world championship, lost one position and are now in 14th place.
