Bows and spears were armed with rioters in Australia

Interfamily conflict in the village of Waday in the north of Australia escalated into riots involving up to 100 people, including those armed with bows and spears, the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-Novosti”.

Disagreements between the two groups resulted in confrontation. About it writes “RIA Novosti”, referring to the local police. Some of those involved in the riots took block bows, spears and other objects that can cause serious injuries. They were not without: a young man was injured, who was wounded in the back, presumably with a trident. In addition, the violation of the order was accompanied by arson of the car.

Shortly before the incident, the police detained 13 persons who were charged with more than fifty charges. This happened during the investigation of a series of August clashes and attacks in the same area.
