We are talking about the requirements for bonds of series BO-03, BO-05 and BO-06. As explained in the ULKM, the company representing the interests of holders of securities, not enough funds to pay the state duty. Therefore, further action will depend on what decision the court makes in the bankruptcy case.
The meeting is scheduled for November 9, 2026. If a monitoring procedure is introduced against Naftatrans Plus, SLCM intends to seek the inclusion of the claims of bond holders in the register of creditors. If the proceedings are postponed again, the representative of the holders of securities plans to re-file claims in three issues.
The financial problems of Naftatrans Plus escalated in June 2025. Then the issuer reported difficulties with the fulfillment of obligations, explaining the situation by the need to refinance debts at high interest rates and a decrease in demand in the oil trading market. During the year, the company made technical defaults on payments. An attempt to agree on the restructuring of the debt on BO-05 and BO-06 bonds in December 2025 did not take place due to the lack of a quorum.
Financial results for 2025 also showed a deterioration in the position of the fuel company. Its revenue decreased from 10.1 billion to 3.97 billion rubles, and instead of a profit of 87.7 million rubles a year earlier, a net loss of 670.5 million rubles was recorded. Accounts payable at the end of 2025 reached about 1.73 billion rubles.
Earlier, “MK in Novosibirsk” reported that “Novosibirskavtodor” challenged the fines TUAD in the amount of more than 313 million rubles.
